Draykyle

Draykyle has been creating company bios, with the companies being far removed from each other. I therefore asked about COI, receiving an unsatisfactory answer- he was "creating the pages for a friend".
He then ceased editing, after I told him quite bluntly that I didn't believe him.
Gurutsm then appeared, moving Draykyle's sandbox article, Reservations.com into mainspace (the article has since been deleted; however User:Northamerica1000 has confirmed that the two articles are verbatim identical).
In addition to this, Draykyle had been working on a reworded version of Payoneer in his sandbox. Gurutsm then copied this to mainspace on the 25 August.

I think it is clear that after receiving the COI notice, Draykyle scuttled ship, and Gurutsm is his new account; however I wouldn't mind CheckUser confirmation. jcc (tea and biscuits) 18:15, 11 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Clerk endorsed - to discern between meats and socks and find sleepers if present. This is most certainly UPE and likely to hit a sockfarm.

Unlikely technically; there are a bunch of accounts that could possibly maybe be sleepers but I'm not ready to block those yet. Much more likely to be meat than sock. Indeffing both as UPEs and I don't believe the master's response on his talk page. Deleting everything in his userspace as advertising. Closing.
