OpIndia has a unique and specific narrative on the case which would be interesting to include if it were reliable, but per WP:OPINDIA, this publication is not reliable and is blacklisted.

Of special interest, I think that OpIndia has previous coverage of one of the accused, and reports on existing social relationships among people accused.
Update - that OpIndia article is from 11 April. I found this article with much of the same information, but from 10 April. This article is in Hindi so English speakers will need to translate.
